Planing quality

High quality of plane guaranties modern technology of plane and permanent care. Planed surfaces of products are smooth and clean therefore they are in perfect shape.     

Raw material

We are importing timber from northern regions of Russia. Wood is stronger, harder grown-up, more sound and smaller knots. The timber is sorted before a manufacture process so boards with visible defects or damages are taken away.  

Categories

During the process of manufacture reveals natural “defects” of wood therefore products are additionally sorted by qualities:

A, N, NB, and C.    

Desiccation

Wood desiccation is the process of extreme drying through wet evaporation from wood. The physical basis of this drying process is that warm weather moves towards the wet material and gives its warmth when touches the material and cools down. Humidity inside wood changes into vapour in the warmth acceptance process. The goal of drying is to turn wood from natural raw material into industrial one with certain improved biological and physical-mechanical properties.  We have fully automated convection dryers with the capacity of 300m3 installed in our workshops. They are able to dry large amounts of wood of various types precisely and ensuring high quality.
